We are excited to announce the grand opening of our new holds pick-up window on November 15! Enhancing accessibility and convenience, this innovative addition to the Library’s services will allow patrons to pick-up their holds without ever leaving the car.
Located on the south side of the Library, the holds pick-up window will be open during our regular hours, making it easy for patrons to fit Library visits into their busy schedules. To utilize the service, patrons simply need to place their holds over the phone or online (selecting Pick-Up Window as the desired location), and then pull up to the window when they receive notice their holds are ready.
Returning materials is also a breeze at our new book drop, now located on the south side of the building immediately before the pick-up window.
Library staff are thrilled to offer this new benefit to patrons! The pick-up window is part of our ongoing commitment to provide excellent service to the La Grange community.
