Our Resource Guide has information and contacts for local organizations that help provide resources for homelessness/housing instability, food, employment, mental and physical health, domestic violence, substance abuse, individuals with disabilities and more.

Seed Library
Where Our Seeds Come From
Seeds are sourced from Library-vetted partners, including Go Green Greater La Grange, the Brookfield Native Plant Club and the Lyons Township Environmental Coalition, with guidance from area Forest Preserve stewards. Where possible, the Library prioritizes open-pollinated, heirloom seeds and non-GMO, organic options. At this time, the Library is not accepting seed donations from patrons.

Doorstep Delivery
The La Grange Public Library is committed to serving residents who may find it difficult to visit in person. Offered in partnership with Community Assisted Rides (CARS), Doorstep Delivery is for cardholders who are unable to visit the Library for a temporary or extended period. Volunteers will stop by your home up to twice per month to drop-off and pick-up library materials.
